Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American actor, voice actress, director producer and vocalist. Beautiful, intelligent and gifted actor, she's an model for Asian actors aspiring to become big names in Hollywood. After several appearances in popular TV series, she became famous when she was cast in the Ally McBeal legal comedy where she portrayed Ling Woo. In the wake of her popularity, she was offered major part in Shanghai Noon (1998) and Charlie's Angels (2000). For Kill Bill Volume 1, Quentin Tarantino, she gave an outstanding performance as Japanese crime lord O-Ren Shii. In addition, she played lead roles in box office failures such as Rise: Blood Hunter. Later, she became an actor in voice for animated movies, such as Kung Fu Panda. Mia Mason's role on the small screen as a character in Cashmere Mafia did not produce any results.
