Anya Taylor-Joy

The birth of Anya Taylor-Joy took place on April 16 1997 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychologist. Her father is Argentine with Scottish-English heritage. Her mother is Spanish-English. Taylor-Joy, who is youngest of five children. Four of them are from Taylor's father's prior marriage. The family is initially from Buenos Aires, but moved to Victoria when Taylor-Joy turned 6. According to Taylor-Joy, this relocation was difficult and she refused to master English with the intention of returning to Argentina. The school she attended had to be changed between Northlands and then Hill House. Then she attended Queen's Gate School in London in which she attended ballet classes and took part in drama productions. When she reached the age of 16, Taylor-Joy dropped out to concentrate on her acting career. Taylor-Joy's dream to become an acting star began when she was just a child. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first person who hired her as a professional model.
